Winter News  

The winter has been very mild and we have been having great wildlife encounters. The wild dolphins have been very active, the birds are here in great numbers and we have been seeing manatee regularly.

One question we get all the time is how far will we be going? Both our bike tours and our paddling excursions are set up to be flexible. We take our groups physical fitness and experience into account and their interest and run the trip accordingly.

For example the first week of January I lead 2 bike tours; the first group were very fit athletic couples who compete in triathlons so we biked an easy 10 miles, stopping very infrequently to look at wildlife, the second group were an older group from Canada and England and they were very interested in photographing birds, butterflies and gators, we only rode 3 miles. Both parties left happy able to do what they wanted on their vacations.

This level of flexibility is something Mike and I have always strived for and we are very happy to be a part of your vacations, giving you the experience you are looking for.
